Bank of America is the largest financial conglomerate in the US, its stock (as BAC) is trading within the range of 32.86–33.64. The company provides a wide range of financial services both to businesses and individuals. It’s the most important company in North America by the number of assets. According to Forbes, Bank of America is the third largest investment bank in the world. The bank is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.
In the fall of 2008, The financial conglomerate announced the acquisition of another famous investment bank Merrill Lynch in a deal worth about $50 billion—at the time one of the biggest in the sector. A severe blow to Bank of America’s stock price was dealt by the Great Recession of 2008, but it has recovered over the past several years.
The BAC stock is shows sufficient volatility and is really interesting to investors and traders. However, the trading process will not be very intense, but it’s enough for a stable income.
